John Stursa is a dedicated entrepreneur and media strategist with over a decade of experience championing Cleveland’s creative spirit and community. At just 15 years old, he co-founded I'm From Cleveland with Eric Vajda, creating a unique media platform that has evolved into a beloved resource for celebrating the city's culture. Through his work, John has transformed I’m From Cleveland from a passionate side project into a respected media outlet, recognized for uplifting a city often overlooked on the national stage.

John’s commitment to his craft led him to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Walsh University, where he graduated as the top marketing student in his class. This academic foundation, combined with his hands-on experience, has enabled John to develop a broad skill set in digital media, branding, and community engagement.

In addition to I'm From Cleveland, John has worked for three years at Teddy Baldassarre, focusing on social media and email marketing, and is currently at Underdogs, where he leads digital strategy, content creation, and team management. Each role has expanded his expertise in digital media and further honed his ability to adapt and thrive in the evolving landscape of modern marketing.
